Requirements
Deep HubSpot Expertise: You know the platform inside and out and view it as an ecosystem, not just a CRM.
Systems Thinking: You naturally look at a business problem and see the step-by-step process needed to solve it.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. You can explain complex technical setups to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Cross-Functional Experience: A proven track record of supporting and aligning sales and marketing teams.
Strategic Execution: You are comfortable taking high-level business goals and turning them into practical, operational systems.
Must be fully comfortable and willing to work during U.S. business hours.
