Define and execute Operations Training strategy and roadmap aligned to manufacturing and business priorities.
Partner with leadership to conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
Design and scale production onboarding and OJT processes.
Establish standards and expectations for OJT delivery across branches.
Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and manage enterprise skill architecture.
Define trainer qualification standards and evaluation criteria.
Partner with branch leadership to ensure alignment of training programs.
Lead planning and management of operations training initiatives and evaluate effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations training.
Experience leading enterprise or multi-site training initiatives.
Proven experience designing and implementing OJT systems, skill matrices, certification frameworks, and workforce readiness programs.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders and driving results across functions.
Proven ability to build and scale training programs tied to operational KPIs.
Experience leveraging data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness.
Experience working with and leveraging learning management systems (LMS).
