Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders
Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
Lead client update meetings on active searches
Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment landscape
Requirements
8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
Track record of strong stakeholder management
Attention to detail + ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise
A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Preferred Experience working in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive recruiting teams.
Familiarity with Breezy, Gem, LinkedIn search
Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
