About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for securing and enabling patient access to the product portfolio across all payer and relevant distribution channels
Develop and support the execution of strategies for securing pricing, coverage, and reimbursement for the company portfolio
Lead a dynamic team of Value & Access professionals
Develop payer value proposition and reimbursement strategy
Establish metrics to monitor patient access and refine strategies and programs accordingly
Work closely with multiple internal partners and external stakeholders to optimize access and enable commercial success
Address site of care dynamics and manage distribution network expansion
Accountable for evidence development/dissemination strategies and execution of US value access strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Value Access (Market Access) + HEOR including 3-5 years of leadership experience
Critical experience includes pricing and contracting strategies for medical and pharmacy benefit products
Successful track record of developing and executing against launch plan/long range plans
Demonstrated experience in Cell or gene therapy
Proven formal leadership experience leading and developing and scaling key talent highly preferred
Deep knowledge of US Medicare, commercial and Federal payers, complex reimbursement methodologies and perspectives, and current health policy trends
Deep knowledge of global evidence requirements that impact reimbursement and market access
High capacity to work collaboratively across multiple functional areas at varying levels of the organization
