Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience required
- 1-2+ years of experience using AI tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience partnering with business leaders to translate complex problems into clear, actionable opportunities
- Strong ability to act as a thought partner and facilitator
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and capabilities
- Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience supporting or contributing to governance, risk, compliance, or control frameworks
