Planning, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta and other social media platforms (TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Managing budgets, bidding strategies and campaign structures to deliver efficient business results.
Analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities and turning data into clear actions.
Preparing creative testing plans and analyzing different formats and messages.
Monitoring daily campaign KPIs, identifying performance changes and taking action when needed.
Sharing clear insights, learnings and recommendations with the team and clients.
Using automation and AI tools to enhance performance.

At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads for Mid-level or 3+ years for Senior-level.
Good understanding of campaign structures, optimization, audiences, tracking and bidding strategies.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make clear, confident recommendations.
Experience with performance reporting (GA4, Lookerstudio, other).
Good understanding of creative testing and how ad creatives impact campaign results.
Experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
Strong attention to detail, ownership and time management skills.
Excellent Lithuanian and English skills.
