About this role
Role Overview
Lead regional sales strategy to grow market share and profitability across Extended Care market in the region.
Identify and capture new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Execute targeted sales plans and ensure strong pipeline management.
Recruit, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team.
Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
Drive performance through strategic coaching, joint field visits, and collaborative account strategy development.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with regional distribution partners and channel stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and other internal teams to win and grow business.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and customer data to drive informed decision-making and financial performance.
Prepare and present business plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credentialing requirements, and industry standards.
Lead change initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Successful sales experience, with a strong preference for healthcare sales preferably within Extended Care (LTC, Home Care, Hospice, DME/HME, Rehab).
Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Strong ability to develop relationships internally and externally at all levels up to and including C-Suite.
Strong matrix management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including CRM tools like Salesforce.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Executive presence, solid presentation and communication capabilities.
Customer/Vendor credentialing may be required (this may include vaccinations).
