About this role
Role Overview
Implement/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace
Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group
Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region
Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans
Coach and manage performance and competency development of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Advance degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required
Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry required
Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
Capital selling experience preferred
