Role Overview
- Troubleshooting issues on publishers’ websites
- Enabling features or products
- Assisting in trafficking direct ad campaigns
- Working closely with various departments
- Communicating regularly with Yield Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Revenue Operations, and Publisher Support Engineers
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management
- General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, CRM software
- Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, Google Products, direct-sold campaigns
- A strong technical background and comfort with reading ad code, some CSS is a plus
