Business Strategy & Planning Director

Role Overview

• Understands all aspects of the business
• Partners with executive leadership, including direct support of the President CarelonRx Pharmacy to define strategy
• Monitors and synthesizes business performance
• Translates strategy into defined tactics and priorities
• Supports leadership operating cadence
• Documents strategic priorities and reports on customer insight research initiatives
• Builds relationships across the organization to help solve complex business problems
• Proposes opportunities to improve results
• Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of planning and project activities
• Develops executive-level materials, insights, and communications to support leadership decision making
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience
• 3 years of strategic planning experience
• Experience in strategy, consulting, or business planning preferred
• Cross-functional leadership experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills highly preferred
• Data analysis capabilities preferred.
