Chief of Radiology

Role Overview

• Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for radiology services
• Maintains active clinical practice delivering high-quality diagnostic interpretations
• Serves as clinical backstop for emergency coverage gaps
• Manages performance and clinical productivity of system-owned radiologists
• Holds independent physician contracts accountable to Service Level Agreements
• Advocates for division resources directly to the SMG President
• Monitors turnaround metrics for regional diagnostic reports

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible for state medical license in Ohio, Pennsylvania
• Completed Radiology Residency program
• Board certified/eligible in Radiology
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
