Senior Payments Analyst – Projects

Role Overview

• Manage and monitor payment projects, ensuring deadlines, alignment across teams, and progress of deliverables.
• Serve as the interface between the business team and technology, tracking requests with squads and guiding priorities.
• Lead the implementation of new payment methods and improvements to existing journeys, both digital and physical.
• Monitor and contribute to a project roadmap, including initiatives such as Pix, partner integrations, and enhancements to payment solutions.
• Support payment operations processes, ensuring correct execution and providing assistance on related topics such as reconciliation and chargebacks.
• Act as a facilitator between departments, tracking status, following up on deliveries, and ensuring project advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in project management, preferably in agile environments.
• Experience with payment methods or working in the financial services context.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python are a plus.
