Provide execution support to the Malaysia treasury function across financing documentation, internal coordination, and compliance administration.
Support the operational backbone of financing activities — preparing submissions, maintaining trackers and records, and ensuring information flows accurately between internal teams, bankers, lawyers, and valuers.
Prepare drawdown notices, rollover notices, utilisation requests, and supporting schedules for the Treasury Manager’s review.
Maintain the financing document repository, ensuring executed copies, schedules, and side letters are properly filed and retrievable.
Maintain and update the internal trackers e.g. asset DCs register, monitor renewal/expiry of guarantees, offtaker agreements, notice of assignments, and valuation reports.
Coordinate with valuers, surveyors, and consultants for land or asset valuations required to support financing and loan reviews.
Compile inputs and draft data packs for periodic reporting (monthly loan reports, compliance certificates, utilisation reports, project progress updates, sustainability-linked KPI/green certificate submissions).
First level gathering of financial and operational information from Finance, Projects, and Legal teams to satisfy periodic /ad-hoc banker requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, corporate/wholesale banking, transaction banking, or audit.
Working knowledge of loan documentation, security documentation, and the BNM regulatory framework.
Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; working Mandarin is an advantage.
Exposure to syndicated, project, or sustainability-linked financing, or familiarity with Islamic finance principles, is a plus.
