Role Overview
- Monitoring and Automation: Develop, automate, and maintain daily management reports for the business units (BUs), ensuring continuous and accurate visibility of results;
- Executive Presentations: Prepare results materials, translating large volumes of data into concise analyses and actionable insights;
- Compensation and Incentives: Design, model, and calculate sales campaigns and variable compensation, ensuring strong analytical rigor and compliance with business rules;
- Target Planning: Lead the breakdown and stratification of commercial targets across different levels, maintaining strict alignment with the Business Plan (BP);
- Information Governance: Act as the primary validator of the consistency of reported figures, auditing data sources and ensuring the data quality for the area;
- Strategic Analyses: Conduct ad-hoc and on-demand sales studies, tactically supporting the commercial team with agility;
- Continuous Improvement: Map and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Postgraduate degree preferred;
- Proven experience in a role related to data reporting and analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense, and SQL is desirable.
