Lead and evolve PIM as a product-centric digital backbone across the value chain
Develop and coach a high-performing team of digital product owners
Redesign and digitize end-to-end workflows, clarifying ownership and dependencies
Define and implement the PIM strategy and roadmap aligned to VCM and enterprise priorities
Drive adoption so workflows become embedded in day-to-day execution
Establish data trust through clear ownership, quality standards, and transparency
Enable system integration and reuse to reduce duplication and manual work
Build positive relationships across Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and VCM
Establish a scalable operating model (governance, training, support, lifecycle management)
Simplify fragmented processes into cohesive, product-centric flows
Serve as IMSC Quickbase Platform Owner, defining strategy, governance, and standards
Lead intake, prioritization, and value realization aligned to business priorities
Operate a center of excellence (CoE) to drive adoption, reuse, and standard methodologies
Partner with enterprise digital teams to align strategy and influence direction
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and/or Program Leadership
Proven track record in business process transformation and workflow digitization
Systems-thinking outlook with focus on improving how work flows across teams
Significant experience working with data (i.e., ownership, source of truth, data quality)
Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, as well as strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills
Ability to lead through ambiguity with accountability and delivery focus
Understanding of end-to-end value chain operations preferred
Experience with Quickbase or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI) preferred
Experience delivering scalable digital solutions with high adoption preferred
Experience leading digital products or platform-based capabilities preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred
People leadership experience preferred
Requires proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
