Serve as the operational point of reference for the Dell Enterprise unit, ensuring organized and efficient handling of requests between the manufacturer, sales team, Pre-Sales and partners;
Prepare quotations and assist in configuring Dell infrastructure solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery;
Track commercial opportunities end-to-end, providing support to the Sales team and partners throughout the negotiation cycle;
Collaborate with Dell Technologies on handling requests, negotiations and initiatives aimed at business development;
Support commercial strategies, demand generation and opportunity development within the channel ecosystem;
Manage and monitor the unit’s solution portfolio, contributing to business growth and identifying opportunities for improvement;
Contribute to the improvement of team processes, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality deliveries and excellent partner service.
Requirements
Experience in technology companies, manufacturers, distributors, integrators or business partners
Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations and configuring infrastructure solutions
Experience supporting commercial strategies, demand generation and opportunity development
Knowledge of infrastructure solutions, Data Center or Enterprise environments
Ability to work collaboratively with commercial teams, Pre-Sales, Marketing, partners and manufacturers
Plus points: Experience with Dell Technologies solutions
Experience within the channel and technology distribution ecosystem
Dell Technologies certifications
Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, networking or Data Center solutions
