About this role
Role Overview
- Review available shipments in the ERP system, batch, and print daily picklists
- Create and verify international shipping documents
- Respond promptly to HTS code email inquiries
- Batch customer orders and facilitate timely processing and shipment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and warehouse staff
- Schedule carriers and coordinate shipping and delivery logistics
- Provide proof of delivery and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on shipment errors and damages
- Perform other duties as needed by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with a focus in working with MS Excel
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Proven experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Demonstrated practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
