Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure.
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
4+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries. Proven track record closing meaningful partnerships.
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions.
Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision-making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
A self-starter who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proven ability to cultivate and nurture high-value partnerships.
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating in a remote-first environment.
