Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time

Requirements
Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team with demonstrated ability to set priorities, assign work, and drive accountability across multiple marketing functions
Strong organizational and project management discipline with experience managing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns, events, and content programs
Experience overseeing integrated marketing programs including campaigns, customer and partner events, content initiatives, and digital efforts
Hands-on ownership of event execution as part of a broader marketing strategy, including planning, coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up
Ability to create structure, clarity, and accountability within a team through defined workflows, expectations, and process improvements
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with experience aligning marketing efforts to sales, leadership, and operations priorities
Analytical and results-oriented mindset with experience tracking campaign and event performance and reporting on KPIs
Ability to translate strategic direction into clear execution plans with defined timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and project management tools
