Partner with Customer-Facing Teams to articulate CentralReach's value proposition, vision, and strategy
Own technical engagement with customers during evaluation phase
Support complex opportunities through competitive knowledge and technical skill
Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations to clients
Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM
Communicate with customers and CentralReach teams regarding product feedback
Engage with CentralReach Product Council to shape product roadmap
Assist Product Team with certifications and trainings

At least 5 years of experience in ABA (Clinical or Practice Management)
Strong knowledge of current EHR and Practice Management solutions and technologies
Passion for educating customers on how CentralReach can be meaningful to their business
Hunger to help CentralReach sales and customers win
Experience thriving in a startup or similar environment
Ability to embrace aggressive goals
Natural curiosity and investment in learning about the sales process and solutions
Proficient in Sales CRM tools like Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and good follow-through
