You process and prioritize sales projects based on strategic potential and likelihood of closing.
You conduct initial meetings, presentations and proposal sessions, develop tailored solutions for prospective clients, and bring negotiations to a successful close.
You analyze market and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities, and derive concrete measures for business development.
You work closely with the specialist teams and marketing to develop tailored customer solutions and position them effectively.
Requirements
You have experience in B2B sales and demonstrate a pronounced "hunter mentality".
Your passion for sales and drive to succeed set you apart.
You know how to actively manage the entire sales process.
You are proactive and persistent.
You present yourself confidently and persuade through strong communication skills — in both German and English.
You conduct negotiations with confidence and present tailored solutions.
You manage your projects and leads independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain oversight even in dynamic environments.
You adapt your strategy flexibly.
You have good commercial/business acumen and experience selling complex services.
You can clearly communicate the value of solutions and convincingly highlight the benefit for the customer.
You are able to build trust with decision-makers through strong communication and networking skills and win them as long-term customers.
