About this role

Develop and implement the Digital Transformation Strategy and Action Plan
Ensure alignment across programmatic, operational, and resource mobilization functions
Plan, implement, and evaluate digital initiatives that support programs and partners
Promote a culture of innovation across the organization
Build and manage partnerships with private sector, government, and tech experts
Identify and integrate relevant digital solutions into programs and systems
Develop and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies
Support lead generation and donor engagement through digital tools
Contribute to Global Innovation Goals

Preferably with a Master’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in the development sector (or equivalent experience)
Strong expertise in digital transformation, innovation, or technology-driven programs
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience working with diverse partners (NGOs, private sector, government)
Background in a similar role in the development sector is highly desirable
Willingness to travel to field areas
