Role Overview
- Entry and maintenance of general ledger accounting
- Bank reconciliations and account monitoring
- Tax and social declarations: VAT, corporate tax (IS), income tax (IR), CNSS
- Participation in the preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of tax packages (liasses fiscales)
- Management of companies' legal matters: drafting simple documents (approval of accounts, allocation of profits)
- Updating statutory registers
- Change of registered office
- Capital increases or reductions (administrative procedures)
- Updating articles of association
- Contract review
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Management, or Finance
- Experience in a fiduciary firm or chartered accounting firm in Morocco (3 years' experience or more)
- Good knowledge of Moroccan tax and legal regulations
- Proficiency with office software and accounting programs
- Rigour, autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
