About this role
Role Overview
Preliminary coding of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Review of invoices for formal requirements (in particular VAT regulations).
Maintenance of open items (OPOS), cash records and travel expense records.
Provision of complete documentation for our tax advisor.
End-to-end responsibility for our accounting processes, including optimization and documentation, ensuring compliance and quality.
Management of outstanding receivables (dunning procedures, preparation for collections).
Close coordination with our tax advisor.
Requirements
Extensive professional experience in preparatory bookkeeping or financial administration.
Strong digital affinity and proficiency with digital tools.
Structured and independent working style.
Enjoys ownership and accountability for results.
Availability of 8–10 hours per week.
