About this role
Role Overview
Ensure all reservations are accurately booked and managed
Maintain accurate student records on the in-house booking system
Input bookings into EC's central booking system
Prepare visa letters and letters of acceptance
Generate reports for Admissions
Train and work closely with interns
Keep up to date with market needs and special offers
Follow up on students’ arrival details and necessary waiver forms
Requirements
Post-secondary level of education
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience with reservation systems / CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer service experience
Tech-savvy
Experience in EFL/ESL Industry
Fluency in other languages (Italian/French/Spanish) is a plus
