Establish and maintain an integrated roadmap that balances near ‑ term delivery commitments with long ‑ term platform, interoperability, and scalability investments.
Drive modern EHR integration approaches, including API ‑ first design, FHIR ‑ based standards, event ‑ driven architectures, and scalable onboarding models.
Partner deeply with engineering and operations to ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and supportable.
Enable consistent deployment and operational readiness, prioritizing synergy across CoverMyMeds products.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
Own integrated product P&L, ROI, and TAM penetration.

12+ years of professional experience
4+ years of management experience
Deep product management experience building and scaling technical products, ideally within healthcare, EHRs, or other regulated technology environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering EHR integrations and interoperability solutions, such as APIs, FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, or comparable modern connectivity approaches.
Strong understanding of Agile and modern software delivery practices.
Experience with financial ownership, including P&L management, ROI analysis, and portfolio ‑ level prioritization decisions.
