Installation, operation and maintenance of server systems, including appropriate documentation
Implement adjustments to operating systems and application software
Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support)
Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, among other responsibilities
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware (e.g., servers, storage, backup systems, switches, routers)
Desirable: experience in project work and working in a systems integrator / IT service provider environment
Customer-service orientation, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style
Driver's license (Class B)
Fluent German and good English skills
