Instructional Designer

Role Overview

• Responsible for the development and implementation of scalable, on-demand training programs.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and write courses with appropriate learning theory.
• Builds quality course assets using instructional technology and designing learning interactivity within courses.
• Monitors and reviews courses to ensure compliance with standards.
• Helps establish guidelines and standards for online course development.
• Collaborates on revisions and continuing course development and maintenance.
• Implements a systematic instructional design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree-Technology Related Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)
• Skills: Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Professional Presentation, Teamwork, Waterfall Model, Working Independently.
