Contributes to the development and implementation of the administrative activities of the residency program to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Manage workflow components of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents while serving as a liaison between the Program Director, residents, program faculty, institutional GME office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning program matters.
Advises residents/fellows, program staff/faculty of program and institutional policies and procedures.
Collaborates with the Program Director to assess curriculum and evaluations, developing the structure and delivery mechanism, and maintaining accurate records of curriculum, evaluations, and participation.
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, professional work experience in an administrative or academic setting.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in graduate medical education or other relevant professional setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
