• 7+ years in performance creative, predominantly at an agency managing multiple clients
• Proven driving revenue impact on conversion rates and cost per acquisition
• Expertise in direct response creative dynamics for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Ability to build and guide teams under performance pressure
• Strong understanding of creative strategies and proven results.
