Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience leading projects or change initiatives
Ability to simplify complex topics into actionable outcomes
Proactive and adaptable mindset
Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Home-based role
Occasional UK and international travel to support member meetings and industry events
