Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing

Role Overview

• Actively research and identify suitable influencers and content creators
• Independently initiate contact via email, Instagram, TikTok and other channels
• Conduct negotiations and close partnership agreements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers
• Follow up on leads and perform professional follow-up
• Maintain the acquisition pipeline and document activities in the CRM
• Work closely with our campaign team to ensure smooth handovers
• Continuously optimize your acquisition strategies and processes
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High self-motivation and results-orientation
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Valid work permit for Turkey
• Own computer or laptop
• Experience in influencer marketing or the creator economy is a plus
• Persistent yet personable and professional demeanor
• Structured, self-directed working style
• Ambition, drive and a desire to achieve above-average results
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
