About this role
Role Overview
Assist customers through proactive outreach as well as answering their questions
Support customers to understand the bigger picture of what Xero can do for their business
Manage customer queries across phone, email, and chat using Salesforce
Run proactive outreach campaigns to help customers unlock more value from Xero’s tools
Build deeper accounting fundamentals knowledge to assist users
Requirements
An accounting or bookkeeping qualification that is level 5 or above, or you’re working towards one, is essential for this role.
You communicate clearly and confidently
Problem-solving comes naturally to you
Making outbound calls doesn’t faze you
Building trust with customers is crucial
Experience in a service environment, meeting quality and turnaround targets
