Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Ironclad implementations.
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes.
Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations.
Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration.
Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.
Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad.
Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Experience with Legal Operations, Procurement, or Contract Management is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
Experience with process mapping and business process improvement initiatives is a plus.
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS implementations is a plus.
