Instruct and/or monitor JIP delivery of warehouse subcontractors and confirm and/or verify against sales data
Input and update data in the system related to sales inventory
Process customer portal transactions
Ensure accuracy of finance and cost data related to customer sales orders
Requirements
Commercial education, e.g. apprenticeship as an industrial or logistics administrator, forwarding merchant, or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field or specialization
First hand experience in Supply Chain Management or within the domain of demand/order management
Knowledge of supply chain/logistics background is preferred
Proficiency in SAP is desirable
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with databases (e.g. Access, SQL) is advantageous
Excellent command of English
Proficiency in Japanese, including reading, writing and speaking, alongside fluent English proficiency within a business context
