Role Overview
- Own AGS Spares Repair Product from end to end
- Monitor and measure Repair Product performance
- Collaborate across the division and field teams to ensure product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Manage product changes post-release
- Identify, suggest, and implement Continuous Improvement Projects to enhance performance
Requirements
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in Applied Materials Spare Parts, Repair Products, and processes
- Fundamental knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry
- Analytical skills required to review large data sets and drive actionable insights
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience leading functional teams or projects
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate with various stakeholders
