Role Overview
- Drive customer retention and equipment sales growth
- Business development and expansion of equipment sales through partnerships with existing and new customers
- Develop relationships at all levels up to and including senior leadership
- Plan and prioritize own diary for lead generation sessions and customer visits
- Manage sales activity using KPIs and corporate CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in Account Management with sustained growth
- Solution selling of capital equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (nights away from home when required)
