As a member of the Business Development team for Hospitality Solutions in CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), you build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients in the hotel industry.
You engage with your contacts as an equal and provide expert advice tailored to their individual business needs.
Through your consultative approach and Amadeus Hospitality solutions, you help our customers increase revenue, optimize processes, and reduce costs sustainably.
You will be responsible for a clearly defined sales territory in Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony and Thuringia) as well as the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
A central part of your role is regular in-person contact on site – especially in key city and resort destinations in the region.
Travel is an important part of your work, as being close to the customer is the key to successful sales.

Several years of experience in sales, ideally in hotel IT, travel, or the hospitality industry
German at native or bilingual level is mandatory, as you will independently manage customer relationships in the German-speaking region; English is required for internal coordination and reporting
You work independently, proactively and take ownership, planning your customer visits and travel autonomously
Willingness to travel is a basic requirement: approximately 50% of your working time will be spent traveling within the sales territory; the remainder you will work from the office or remotely
You are comfortable with active new customer acquisition ("hunting") and enjoy building and continuously expanding a reliable network
Confident user of Microsoft Office 365; initial experience with Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management) is an advantage
Mobility: business trips are undertaken using rental cars or your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
