Role Overview
- Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way
- Partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel
- Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
- Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Preferred Experience: 6 months of nursing experience, Primary Care experience helpful but not required
