Support end-to-end payroll processing activities for EMEA countries, with primary focus on Scandinavia / Scandinavian countries.
Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Validate payroll inputs, review payroll reports, and perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Support payroll audits, compliance activities, and statutory reporting requirements.
Handle employee payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in processing employee lifecycle transactions impacting payroll, including hires, terminations, leave, and benefits changes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure process compliance.
Support payroll documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Graduate preferably from a commerce background.
4–6 years of payroll experience, preferably supporting EMEA payroll operations.
Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors and international payroll processes preferred.
Exposure to payroll compliance, reconciliations, and employee query management.
Immediate joiner / short notice preferred.
