About this role
Role Overview
Manage existing clients and acquire new customers across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
Drive the development of partnerships
Implement the sales strategy
Identify and exploit growth opportunities
Develop customer outreach concepts and present tailored solutions
Secure contract agreements and continually deepen customer relationships (B2B)
Requirements
Several years of professional experience with demonstrable success in sales
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or equivalent qualification
Good CRM skills; experience in the housing sector (residential property management) is a plus
Strong self-organization is an essential part of your daily work approach
Willingness to travel within the region
Confidently engage with decision-makers and associations in the housing and energy sectors
