Associate Director – Logistics Centers

Role Overview

• Design, plan, coordinate and manage all Logistics Centre operations
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals
• Lead the setting of Scope of Work, SLA and RFP processes for logistics outsourcing
• Monitor and manage the logistics service providers
• Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations
• Ensure Quality and HSE standards are set, communicated and adhered to in all facilities
• Conduct regular inspection visits to each facility to evaluate performance
• Prepare periodic reports on facilities, operations, activities and inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Recognized degree in Supply Chain & Logistics (MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 10 years in a Distribution Centre operations field.
