Lead the planning, control, and monitoring of the people budget, HR metrics, and compensation and benefits practices, ensuring the accuracy of cost projections, headcount, salary movements, payroll taxes, benefits, and other workforce-related expenses.
Act as a technical partner to HR, Finance, and business leadership teams, providing analyses, studies, metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making, the design of future actions, market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred).
Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred).
Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
Experience managing salary structures/tables and job mapping.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience administering benefits.
