About this role
Role Overview
- Lead a team of network specialists based in Gothenburg and Wroclaw
- Support the team’s delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure steady progress
- Drive the development of services across LAN, Wireless Networking, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Remote Access, Firewalls, and Network Security
- Follow up on KPIs and SLAs, drive improvements through Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Contribute to budgeting, service planning, and cost optimization together with IT leadership
Requirements
- Several years of experience working with enterprise networking
- Knowledge in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or network security
- Background in leading or taking responsibility in a team or delivery context
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English
