About this role
Role Overview
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier coordination
Source competitive quotes, issue purchase orders, track deliveries
Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal teams and external vendors
Support both procurement functions and warehouse receiving/shipping activities
Maintain strong supplier relationships and contribute to the overall success of company projects and operations
Requirements
Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience
3 years of related work experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Computer skills, especially strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience in ERP/accounting systems will be helpful (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, Sedona, SAP, etc.)
