Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, CPS, and ROI to ensure sustainable business growth. Take ownership of business metrics for France.
Budget: Manage the marketing growth budget for France to ensure efficient allocation that minimizes CAC on the demand side and CPL on the supply side.
Positioning & USPs: Ensure our brand positioning and core USPs are clearly communicated across growth channels and adapted to different audience segments to maximize conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global performance and product teams, as well as local operations and logistics, to align marketing with overall business objectives.
Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously test and evaluate new formats, channels, and creative concepts to drive growth and engagement. Brief and provide feedback to content creators when needed.
Top-of-funnel: Coordinate with top-of-funnel specialists in the team to deploy 360° marketing campaigns in France and improve the funnel from discovery to conversion.
Marketing Automation: Use your AI proficiency and combine AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Zapier, etc.) to automate, accelerate, and optimize marketing performance.
Requirements
Background: 5–8 years' experience in 360° marketing focused on growth channels and business results, ideally within Consumer Goods, e-commerce, or scale-ups, with a passion for sustainable mobility and the circular economy.
Business Acumen: You understand that marketing exists to drive revenue and supply. You are data-driven and hold yourself accountable to business metrics.
