You provide functional leadership for the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and manage all cross-brand initiatives.
You develop the overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure that social media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations and events work together seamlessly.
You are responsible for planning, executing and continuously improving the content and brand strategies for our brand accounts.
You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies (e.g., for events, production, creator collaborations and POS marketing).
You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and audience targeting to the development of creative, cross-platform initiatives.
You are responsible for budget and resource management for all marketing projects.
You produce reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
You have a university degree in Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a comparable field.
You have several years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media or campaigning — ideally in creator, start-up or FMCG environments.
You are familiar with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and understand the mechanics of the creator economy.
You have experience leading projects or teams and can manage multiple brands and campaigns in parallel.
You are communicative, solution-oriented, enjoy working with people and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
You are a team player but can also work independently with a high level of commitment, willing to go beyond the usual scope.
You bring a strong hands-on mentality, high initiative and a friendly, balanced demeanor.
You work in a structured and reliable way and are happy to take on responsibility.
You are flexible, resilient and open to occasional business travel.
Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
