About this role
Role Overview
- Build our digital growth channels from the ground up
- Develop and scale growth strategies across multiple digital channels
- Plan, coordinate and produce high-performing content for digital touchpoints
- Identify new growth opportunities and independently drive tests and experiments
- Conduct keyword, competitor and audience analyses
- Work closely with teams such as Product, Design, SEO and Performance Marketing
Requirements
- Experience in growth, digital or lifecycle marketing
- Confident user of common marketing and growth tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CapCut, Canva or Meta Business Suite
- Excellent command of German (C2) spoken and written; English at least B2
- Experience in regulated or technically complex industries (Health, FinTech, Legal, B2B) (desirable)
- Knowledge of information architecture (technical SEO) and content audits (plus)
