Responsible for the strategic direction, execution, end-to-end management, performance management, governance and continuous optimization of Amcor’s global digital communication channels
Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve user experience, information architecture, accessibility, search visibility, content effectiveness, and operational efficiency
Oversee day-to-day management of Amcor.com and other digital platforms
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, tools, and platforms that improve digital effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enhanced digital processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in digital platform, website, or digital marketing roles
Proven experience managing corporate websites or digital platforms end-to-end, including content, performance, and continuous improvement
Strong experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and coordinating web development activities
Solid understanding of SEO (technical and content) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
Proven ability to manage external agencies, developers, and technology vendors
Experience implementing governance models, content workflows, and digital best practices
Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and compliance requirements
Experience in user experience (UX), performance optimization, and data-driven improvement
Experience working in cross-functional, global or matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
Strong ability to lead self and others through high levels of ambiguity
