Role Overview
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from alignment with hiring managers to completion of hiring/onboarding.
- Screen resumes and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers.
- Manage vacancy timelines, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Execute and monitor hiring/onboarding procedures.
- Update controls, reports, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, with high-volume hiring.
- Experience with hiring/onboarding processes and administrative routines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate English.
- Familiarity with Gupy, LinkedIn, and/or the LG onboarding/admission system.
