About this role
Role Overview
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from alignment with hiring managers to completion of hiring/onboarding.
Screen resumes and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers.
Manage vacancy timelines, ensuring SLAs are met.
Execute and monitor hiring/onboarding procedures.
Update controls, reports, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience in recruitment and selection, with high-volume hiring.
Experience with hiring/onboarding processes and administrative routines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Intermediate English.
Familiarity with Gupy, LinkedIn, and/or the LG onboarding/admission system.
